Tutorials in Production

This is where I will try and keep you in the buzz about what's in production. I'm going to be hitting on a lot of different methods and styles of painting.

 

This work started out innocent enough, but in the process of starting to paint this in painter, this young lady started to look a little mean.

I stopped working on it in painter but still saved the unfinished painting.

I then went back to photoshop and worked with the original to play with her eyes to make them a little more sinister.

I also turned up the corner of her mouth a little bit to add to the fun.

The result of bringing it into Painter the first time.

Then I took the original to Photoshop, played with the eyes and mouth smoothed her face out a little.

Then finaly pulled into Painter for the finished result here.
